CRONY Creative is a full-service experiential agency based in NYC. We create content-driven experiences at the convergence of design, culture and space. Our work spans from branded events and festivals to pop-ups and experiential retail environments.

We are seeking a strong, highly motivated Account Manager to join our growing team and oversee our partnership with an exciting media publisher.

 

What you need to bring to the table?

  • 3-5 years experience of managing experiential marketing programs for brand clients

  • A strong track record as account manager who problem-solves independently, guides clients effectively and leads internal agency teams to excel

  • Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

  • Highly skilled in organization, verbal/written communication, and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides

  • Excellent presentation skills to guide key stakeholders at all levels

  • Ability to create, manage and reconcile detailed activation budgets

  • Creativity & resourcefulness to deliver client-focused solutions

  • Strategic thinker able to help guide ideas to align with clients' strategies

  • Desire to be part of an open and engaging work environment

  • Experience in cultural, design, entertainment, music and/or media-related experiential work is a plus

 

What will you do?

  • Maintain and build relationships with clients including strategic development, project management, and overall communication

  • Act as the primary contact between internal team and client(s), handling all day-to-day needs

  • Lead weekly client calls/meetings as well as weekly internal project meetings

  • Work hand-in-hand with design and production team to deliver successful, results-driven programs on time

  • Oversee budget management with producer and provide regular updates to the client

  • Generate all client-facing status documents (decks, timelines, budgets, etc.)

  • Manage incoming RFPs, coordinate internal creative and production teams in brainstorm sessions and answer RFPs in time

  • Write new business decks

  • Handle on-site client management at events / activations

EXPERIENTIAL PRODUCER (FREELANCE)

 

CRONY Creative is a full-service experiential agency based in NYC. We create content-driven experiences at the convergence of design, culture and space. Our work spans from branded events and festivals to pop-ups and experiential retail environments.

We are seeking a strong, highly motivated freelance Experiential Producer to join our growing team and manage a three city experiential (concert) tour for an automotive client.

 

What you need to bring to the table?

  • 3-5 years experience in executing event driven experiential programs for global brand clients

  • A strong track record as lead producer who problem solves independently, can manage a project based team efficiently, and is a strong multi-tasker

  • Availability for the months of May and June to manage a multi-city program (travel is required)

  • Must be available for all site visits, weekly internal and client status calls/meetings (flexible schedule, to be discussed)

  • Highly skilled in organization, verbal and written communication, and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides

  • Creativity and resourcefulness

  • Desire to be part of an open and engaging work environment

  • Experience in cultural, design, entertainment, music and/or media related experiential work is a plus

  • Live in NYC (the closer to Brooklyn the better)

 

What will you do?

Lead all technical and logistical aspects of pre-production, activation days and project wrap of a national tour. This includes:

  • Logistical operations & project management

  • Vendor procurement, contract negotiations and management (venue, talent, food & beverage, fabricators, audio, lighting, video, photographers, and event staffing)

  • Ongoing budget management (including reconciliation)

  • Supervise environmental design, scenic fabrication and technical production

  • Generate all key event documents (run of show, work back schedules, production plans, etc.)

  • Work hand-in-hand with our account lead to manage client communications

  • Collaborate with creative team to develop innovative and on-budget solutions

  • Act as on-site production lead, including install, event and strike
